These folks happen to be big fans of duckweed for feeding tilapia and chickens as well. They offer some great tips on duckweed production. I like how they advise growing duckweed in several locations as trials. This makes it easy to discover what micro niches work the best; either indoors as in a pool setup, or out in an open-air garden.
